Shelter from rain/

Is also armor from the sun/

Drop the umbrella/

And get soaking wet/

A world of distractions/

So much to see/

But what about the dragonfly?/

The sound of birds flying /

freely through the eventide /

Stillness is falling /

Sunshine escaping /

through the orange grove revealing /

Slices of pure light /

What is love but swans /

interlinked like chains rusted by /

a lifetime of tears /
